MailU is an AI-powered email workspace that integrates with Gmail to provide:

User Accounts
Account Creation: You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.
Google Permissions: By using MailU, you grant us access to your Gmail data as specified in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.

- Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit any vulnerabilities in the Service

AI-Powered Features
MailU uses artificial intelligence to assist with email composition, search, and organization. By using these features:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
